Strong In Nature Classes

Consent & Boundaries

This class introduces the foundations of healthy consent, personal boundaries, and respectful communication. Participants explore how to recognize their own limits, articulate their needs, and honor the boundaries of others. Through fun practice activities, we build skills that support safer relationships, greater body autonomy, and confident decision‑making in everyday life.

Romance & Sexual Relationships Online

This class offers a gentle, informative look at how to navigate digital spaces with safety, clarity, and authenticity. We cover topics such as healthy communication, red flags to watch for, respectful digital intimacy, and how to protect personal well-being while connecting online. Participants learn practical tools for staying grounded and safe while exploring romantic or sexual connections on the internet.

Centering Our Safety While Dating

This class provides supportive guidance on staying connected to personal safety and intuition in dating situations. Participants explore how to identify green flags, red flags, and the subtle signals our bodies give us. We discuss communication, pacing, boundaries, and strategies for creating safe conditions, whether dating casually, seriously, or re‑entering the dating world after trauma. The focus is empowerment, clarity, and self‑trust.

Bystander Intervention

Practical, accessible ways to recognize and interrupt harmful behaviors in social or community settings. Participants learn safe intervention strategies, how to assess risk, and how to support someone experiencing harassment or harm. We emphasize approaches that prioritize personal and community safety, empowering individuals to take action in ways that feel right for them.

Our Beautiful Bodies Are Our Homes

This class supports participants in reconnecting with their bodies as places of wisdom, safety, and belonging. Through gentle guided practices, conversation, and reflection, we explore how trauma, culture, and life experiences shape our relationship with our bodies. The class offers tools for cultivating self‑compassion, noticing body cues, and rebuilding a sense of comfort and home within ourselves.

What in the Hormones is Happening?

Designed for young people entering puberty and adults moving through perimenopause or menopause, this class explores the physical, emotional, and relational changes that accompany shifting hormones. In a supportive, shame‑free space, we discuss how our bodies work, what we might experience, and how to care for ourselves through these transitions. The aim is to provide clarity, normalize change, and support body trust at every age.

Creating Our Own Safety Web

This class helps participants build a personalized network of support, skills, and resources that strengthen their sense of safety in daily life. We explore practical tools such as grounding strategies, trusted relationships, community connections, and planning for challenging moments. By the end, each person creates a “safety web” unique to their needs—one that supports resilience, confidence, and connection both indoors and outdoors.
