Healing In Nature
With Guides Trained by The Association of Nature and Forest Therapy
Step away from the noise of daily life and into the quiet intelligence of the natural world.
These sessions are designed to gently guide you back into connection with your senses, your body, and the living world around you. Rooted in the evidence-based practices of nature and forest therapy, each session offers an unhurried, restorative experience that supports nervous system regulation and deeper presence.
What to Expect: Slow, intentional movement through a natural setting with no goal but to arrive exactly where you are. Your guide will offer gentle invitations to notice — sound, texture, light, breath — as the forest does what it does best: help you remember how to rest. All bodies, all abilities, and all paces are welcome. This is a trauma-informed space.
You don't need to hike. You don't need to perform. You just need to show up.
Trauma Training in the Outdoors
Step outside the classroom and into a space that heals as much as it teaches.
This training is designed for professionals ready to deepen their trauma work, blending nervous-system-informed approaches with the restorative power of the natural world.
Grounded in Applied Polyvagal Theory, you'll gain practical, immediately applicable skills for trauma-informed practices that can be applied in with clients, colleagues, and yourself.
What to Expect: Immersive, experiential learning in an outdoor setting that nourishes your whole system, not just your clinical toolkit. Expect to leave feeling both more skilled and more resourced.
Also available: Professional consultation for practitioners wanting ongoing support in their trauma work.
Built for professionals. Designed for humans.
Reclaim your body, one adventure at a time.
Your body has carried you through everything, and it deserves an adventure designed with that in mind.
Body Reclamation Adventures are trauma-informed outdoor and skills-based experiences created specifically for trauma survivors. Every activity, every pace, and every moment is thoughtfully designed to honor your nervous system and celebrate what your body can do.
What to Expect: You choose the adventure! Options include guided hikes, first aid/CPR training, size-inclusive rock climbing, and farm tours. Whatever the setting, every experience is facilitated through a trauma-informed lens, meaning you'll find safety, choice, and respect woven into every step. There is no pressure to perform, no "right" way to participate, and no body that doesn't belong here.
